DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE

It goes without saying, we don’t want jerks in our guild. So if you are acting like one in guild, in all chat or on forum expect to be kicked soon.

HELP IN GUILD PROJECTS

This particular rule isn’t even necessary to be here for most people in the guild who have already demonstrated great effort in guild projects and got us where we are right now. For the rest; when we complete the next project, it is up to you to feel proud because you helped big time or feel guilty because you were too busy with something else.

However, that does not mean you should spend all your time on guild projects. Do not let guild projects hinder your personal goals. Try to keep the balance between work and fun.

LET US KNOW WHEN YOU LEAVE

It is understandable that life happens and you may have to take some time off from Therian Saga; but please let us know before you leave, so we won’t think you have just quit the game and kick you eventually.

BE A TEAM PLAYER

Teamwork is essential for any of us to reach our goals. Don’t be a solo player in a guild full of capable members. Don’t be shy, ask for information, help, tools and items when you are stuck. Also when you need something crafted, first ask in guild, that may save you from paying a lot of gold for labor fee and may very well provide a skill up opportunity to a fellow guildmate. However, don’t abuse it by asking for stuff that needs weeks of labor.

USE OF DOMAIN STORAGE

We have designated some of the domain storage as follows:

HQ: All guild project related stuff, materials, festival meat etc. will be stored here. Please don’t take anything from HQ without asking!

White: Tools, idols, talismans, clothes, jewels etc that can be borrowed will be stored here. (Also some of the materials that will be used to produce parts for guild projects may be stored here. i.e gems, blocks etc)

Higherie: If you need something you see in there, you can take it. You don’t need to ask. All donated items will go here (as long as there is at least one of the best items at white).

Also please do not donate 20 of the +14 tool you just made to raise skill. Just sell them at town or to Shesel Al, she doesn’t discriminate

YOU CAN ASK FOR KRYA, BUT...

We don’t have a group of alts that mine and smelt krya all the time. Mains do it. In order to make sure their time is not wasted, we have come up with a chart (on guild sheet) that shows the requirements for each item. Some tools are not supported and we don’t provide ingots for krya armor.

YOU CAN ALSO ASK FOR GUILD RECIPES, BUT...

There are some guild recipes that are easier to get (6 guild agreements for 3 recipes) like oak beams or limestone monoliths. We can provide those time to time to help you raise your wood and stone skills. (Important: Please ask before picking up any of those recipes from HQ.)

Other guild recipes come from delegations (Parakonian: Krya Nugget, Portcullis, High Furnace; Norstrian: Advanced Bow, Nostrian Frames; Sandria: Mega foundations, walls), they need 30 guild agreements. Depending on the need for these recipes for guild and the demand on the recipes itself we may sometimes work on those delegations. The decision of who gets these recipes first is given based on the skill of those members. If their skills are close then the member who has been in the guild longer will get it.

Also let’s say there are five people who want adv. bow recipes, and there is not a major project going on in the guild and there is no plan on another delegation in the future. Those five members can work in the delegation themselves only and get adv. bow recipes. However if more than five people wants to be in such project, then the members with the highest skill and seniority will be in it.

In any case, guild building recipes (metallurgical factory, shipyard etc) will be learned by the leading team (if they haven’t learned it already) or will be traded with other guilds to raise guild fund for projects.
